BotFlowUPI provides software tools and services to support paperless, hassle-free documentation and digital workflows. Features may include document digitization, validation/verification, storage, sharing, and electronic signature support as per service offerings.

No. BotFlowUPI provides tools like Dynamic QR generation and UPI compatibility support, but we do not act as a payment gateway and we are not responsible for fund settlement between merchants and customers.

Subscription fees are payable at the time of purchase based on the selected plan. Payments may be prepaid monthly or quarterly as per plan availability. Internet/data charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Some plans may include a trial period (such as 7 days) where applicable. After the trial ends, the subscription continues as per the selected plan and contractual term.

Auto-renewal may apply if selected by the user. If the subscription is not cancelled before renewal, it may renew as per plan terms and no refund will be applicable for the renewed period.

Yes, you may discontinue/cancel your subscription anytime. However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless specifically covered under our Refund Policy.

Generally, refunds are not offered for SaaS subscription packages. However, a partial or full refund may be considered in limited cases (such as accidental purchase) based on the Refund Policy.

To request a refund, email support@botflowupi.com within 24 hours of purchase with your subscription details and cancellation reason. If approved, refunds may take up to 30 days.

We may collect information such as name, email, phone number, address and other details needed for account registration and service delivery. Some technical data may also be collected automatically such as IP address, cookies, and usage logs.

We may conduct Aadhaar-based eKYC verification for identity checks. Once verification is completed, we prioritize privacy and do not retain Aadhaar personal information beyond what is required under applicable compliance processes.

No. We do not rent or sell your personal information. Data may be shared only in limited cases such as service delivery, legal compliance, or trusted partners where required and appropriate.
